Preston Hollow trades the walkable town-center feel of the Park Cities for space and seclusion. Streets like Strait Lane and Park Lane carry some of the largest residential lots in the city, often behind mature hedges and gates, and the neighborhood’s reputation as home to Dallas’s most prominent families is well earned. Yet it remains genuinely convenient: NorthPark Center, Preston Center, and the Tollway put the whole city within easy reach.
